Its not that they have to be but it just so happens that all the female politicians that are not attractive do manage to go alot further than the ones who are. I believe the reason has to do with the media. If the woman is attractive they will focus on superficial aspects. If the woman is just plain looking, not necessarily ugly, just plain than I believe she will have a better chance.

Okay so you still didnt come up with a good reason to what she has done. All I hear is an opinion not any raw facts that speak otherwise. Palin is more then capable of being prez. She never changes on the issues and is always solid on her views. So whats so wrong with that? She has done nothing to deserve the grief she has goen through but it only makes her stronger.
